Data Center HVAC & Electrical Systems Upgrade

The Data Center Upgrade of 2,500 square feet included raised floor, redundant floor mounted AC Units (split systems), 320 kVA UPS modules to support 75 ft racks, Power Distribution Units. In addition a 400KW/ 500kVA, 277/480V, 3Phase Emergency Generator was installed to power the entire Data Center, including lighting, AC Units and all UPS units. HVAC system included (3) 10 Ton floor mounted Liebert AC Units under Phase I and (1) 10 Ton AC Unit under Phase II.

A new pre-action Sprinkler System was designed to provide Fire Protection within the Data Center.
