MEP design project requiring renovation of an existing basement area
A&J was prime consultant for a $500,000 MEP design project requiring renovation of an existing basement area.

A&J designed the laboratory layout, casework, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. HVAC system work included pressurization and remote monitoring of controls.

Plumbing included high and low pressure nitrogen, argon, vacuum, DI water, compressed air, cold and hot water, and sanitary systems. A new 65 KVA UPS was installed and power and lighting systems designed.
