Design MEP Systems for the three story, 110,000 gross square feet office space

Berlex Laboratories, established in 1979 is a part of Schering AG Germany. It specializes in manufacturing female healthcare and diagnostic imaging products. Locations in Wayne and Montville, New Jersey, host the corporate and sales functions of the organization.

The three story building with a partial basement houses the organization sales and marketing functions.

The project was part of Berlex’s objective to provide interdepartmental adjacency requirements critical to Berlex’s business plan.
