Design MEP for New Drug Research & Development Facility

A&J was prime consultant for MEP systems design for this 88,000 sq ft new Drug Research and Development Facility. Design included latest state of art Vacuum, Compressed air, Fume exhaust and Dust Collection Systems.

Being Pharmaceutical Research Facility HVAC system was designed to meet FDA guidelines for pressurization of spaces, filtration and humidification of conditioned air and treatment of fume hood exhaust air. Various toxic chemicals and gases were used and stored onsite, this required special design of Fire protection system for storage facility along with proper treatment of Sanitary waste.
