300 Workstation-Hot Site

This 550,000 sf. office building in Dresher, Pennsylvania. The existing HVAC System for the building was designed as a constant Air Volume System (CAV System).

A&J Consulting was hired to replace existing CAV System to new Variable Air Volume System (VAV System). Upgrade from CAV to VAV system provided more zones and better control of space temperature for each zones across the building. Additional zones are favorable to reconfigure spaces in future since each zone is independent. As a part of this upgrade, existing CAV AHUs were replaced with new AHU with VFD for VAV System. A new Cooling Tower was designed to replace existing Cooling Tower. All associated Electrical & Plumbing Systems were also upgraded.
