Jay Agarwal, P.E., CEM
Founder/Principal

As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Jay K. Agarwal, P.E., CEM presents over 42 years of experience in consulting engineering. He has managed multi-discipline design and engineering projects for complex buildings including new construction and renovations/additions. He takes an active role in day-to-day Quality Assurance, reviewing all work products in progress and final client submittals. He develops engineering cost estimates, participates in value engineering studies, and develops design and construction phase schedules. His design and project management skills have been applied to schools of higher education, K- 12 public and private schools, power generation and distribution facilities, laboratories, commercial building, pharmaceutical industry, medical facilities, offices, recreational facilities, and theatres.




Raymond Wong
Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Mr. Raymond Wong presents over 16 years of experience in business management & Operations. Prior to joining A&J Consulting, Mr. Wong was a Fortune 500 executive managing business units for Harrah�s Entertainment and The Home Depot. In his role at A&J Consulting, he is focused on managing A&J�s HR, Finance, and Business Development functions. He takes an active role in day-to-day client management & overall management of projects at A&J. His experience with A&J has focused on educational, commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical industries.
